Michael O. Brown

Michael is the President of B/D Solutions Consulting. With over twenty years in the compliance industry, his experience provides the breadth, depth, guidance and direction to all other staff members and our clients. His expertise stems from a broad range of industry positions including Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Operations. He starting his compliance career as a NASD examiner and was later promoted to supervisor in the Atlanta office. Michael also has professional experience in software development for Internet banking and brokerage applications.

Bengie Diamos

Bengie's background in Political Science and International Law help him ensure that all regulatory submissions essential to the FINRA membership process adequately satisfy the standards for membership. Aside from being the broker/dealer registration expert, Bengie is also an expert in CRD filing and navigation. Bengie also manages and operates the broker/dealer registration process within all 52 jurisdictions.

Anthony Diamos

Anthony Diamos is currently a Consultant of BD Solutions Consulting. He is part of the registrations and compliance division and assists clients with regard to compliance matters: Written Supervisory Procedures, Anti-Money Laundering Program, Continuing Education Program, Business Continuity Plan, and other FINRA/SEC regulatory matters. He is also a Financial and Operations Principal (FINOP)/CFO to Broker/Dealer firms.

Prior to BD Solutions Consulting, Anthony worked in London, United Kingdom, for NEG Micon UK, Ltd, an energy company, in a consulting capacity and as Deputy to the Regional Director for Europe for Euromoney Institutional Investor (Conferences Division)—a FTSE 250 Company.

Prior to Europe, he was Assistant Vice President of a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom in Asia where he was Head of the Logistics, Materials Management, Purchasing, Commercial Negotiations and Administration Group.

He has also been the Director for Operations of an investment of a pension fund conglomerate in Asia and served both the military and government in various capacities.

Anthony graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland with a B.S. in Mathematics degree (Operations Analysis Concentration), and the London Business School (University of London) in London, England as a Sloan Fellow with an M.S. in Management degree. He has also completed graduate academic work in Economics and an M.S. in Economics (Candidate).
